Tips for Getting in Shape (Part 2)

I came across another blog that is tackling this issue of staying in shape as an act of worship. My wife graduated from Anderson College in Anderson, SC. While she was there a guy named Perry Noble started a new church on the campus with a team of people. The name of the church is Newspring. 8 or 9 years later, the church has grown to around 9-10,000 people with two campuses (and this is in a little SC town). People are saved by the Gospel every week.

I got to spend some time with Perry this past fall. He is a very passionate, in your face, kind of communicator on stage and in person. Take some time to listen to his messages and read his blog. It will bless your life.
